Returns and refunds
- Return Eligibility: Products delivered through the Doorvanza platform are typically non-returnable. However, exceptions are made for products that are damaged, defective, expired, or incorrectly delivered. Users are advised to carefully review the return policy associated with each product listed on the platform before initiating any return or refund requests. This ensures clarity and transparency regarding the conditions under which returns are accepted.
- Refund Processing Time: Refunds for eligible returns and cancellations are processed within 48 hours from the date of return of the product, subject to satisfactory checks. The refund process aims to reimburse users for the amount paid for the returned product. Refunds are processed in the same manner as the original payment unless refunds are provided in the form of credits. In such cases, the refund amount will reflect in the user's account based on the policies of their respective banks.
- Promotional Code Expiry: Any promotional codes issued by Doorvanza to customers expire within seven (7) days from the date of issuance. This ensures timely utilization of promotional offers and maintains the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Refund Mode for Electronic Payments: Unless otherwise specified or mutually agreed upon between Doorvanza and the customer, refunds for payments made through electronic means such as debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and wallets are processed using the same payment mode. This ensures consistency and convenience for users receiving refunds.
- Currency of Refunds: All refunds are made in USD only, regardless of the currency used for the original transaction. This standardizes the refund process and ensures clarity regarding the currency denomination for reimbursement.
- By adhering to these guidelines, Doorvanza aims to provide a fair and efficient returns and refunds process that aligns with customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
